Lazzoni offers a Life-Time Warranty on the frame of products from the date of purchase. For material, mechanism and upholstery (fabrics, leather, foam, lacquer) we offer a 6-year Limited Warranty for material failure. * This does not include "Wear and Tear" or "Natural Characteristics' '. The warranty does not apply to the mishandling of the merchandise. Self-assembly voids the warranty.

A factory order is generally 12-16 weeks for East Coast deliveries and 16-20 weeks for West Coast deliveries. For in stock items, the lead time will be within 2 weeks from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified at the point of purchase. Long distance deliveries generally add an additional 2 weeks to the lead time.
